What is Time Under Tension (TUT)?
TUT is the total time your muscles are under load during a set. Aonar tracks each phase — eccentric, pause, concentric, and peak squeeze — using haptic cues to keep you on tempo.
How does the morning check-in work?
Each morning, Aonar logs your weight, sleep hours, energy, and readiness. This data powers your daily recovery score and adjusts your workout recommendations.
Can I customize my workout tempo?
Yes — each exercise can be assigned a custom tempo (e.g. 4-1-2-1). The TUT screen will guide you through each phase with live countdowns and haptic feedback.
How do I sync with Apple Health?
Full Apple Health integration is coming in the next release. For now you can manually enter HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep data in the Biometrics screen.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Account → Payment → Manage Plan to view or cancel your subscription at any time.
